How buying works

Choose an offer

Compare sellers on price, stock, delivery time and their actual review history. No hidden ranking, you can sort by cheapest.

Step 2
Pay on the site

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in one step, without leaving Gain Arcade. Your payment goes into the protected balance, not to the seller.

Step 3
Approve the delivery

The seller delivers, you check it, and the payment releases when you say so. If it isn't right, you dispute instead of paying.

How delivery works
  1. 1. You pay; the money is held for the buyer and the seller is notified.
  2. 2. A code is pulled from the seller's encrypted vault and attached to your order. It stays sealed until you reveal it yourself. Nobody at Gain Arcade can read it.
  3. 3. You redeem it and confirm. The payment releases on confirmation, if the code is dead, dispute it and it's voided and refunded. Every reveal is timestamped, which is what the dispute is decided on.
