Selling

Selling currency and items

Currency looks like the simplest category and produces the most disputes, almost always about quantity, delivery method or a trade limit nobody mentioned.

GA-C01

Legitimately earned only

Permanent ban

Currency and items must be earned through normal play on accounts you control. Anything obtained through duplication bugs, exploits, chargebacks, compromised accounts or third-party purchase reversal is stolen goods, whatever it looked like when you got it.

GA-C02

Deliver by the method you listed

Suspension

Face-to-face trade, auction house, mail, or an in-game market: say which, and use it. Switching delivery method mid-order without agreement is a dispute you will lose, because the buyer cannot verify what they were not expecting.

GA-C03

Quantity and rate are exact

Suspension

The amount delivered has to match the amount sold, in the units advertised. Where a game charges a transfer tax or auction cut, state who absorbs it in the listing rather than discovering it at delivery.

GA-C04

Never take the buyer's login for a currency order

Permanent ban

Currency delivery does not need account access. A currency seller asking for a password is not doing a currency order, and no legitimate listing in this category requires one.

GA-C05

Trade limits are the buyer's risk to know

Warning

If the game caps trades, gates them behind account level, or flags large transfers, say so in the listing. Splitting a delivery across days to stay under a limit is fine when it is disclosed and agreed, and a dispute when it is sprung on someone.

GA-C06

No real-money trading where it is banned outright

Suspension

Some games ban currency trading so aggressively that a delivery reliably gets both accounts banned. Those games are closed to this category here, and listing one anyway puts buyers in front of a loss you knew about.

GA-C07

Stock what you sell

Warning

List what you actually hold or can obtain within your quoted delivery time. Taking orders you intend to source afterwards is how a queue of buyers ends up waiting on one seller's bad week.

Where this is allowed

Publishers differ, and some of them reclaim what you sold or ban both sides of a trade. This is enforced when you try to list, not just described here: a closed combination cannot be listed at all.

Any game not listed follows our default stance: allowed with conditions. Publisher terms change, and where they disagree with this table, the publisher wins.

What happens if you break one

Every decision cites the rule by its code and says what you did. Warnings escalate: a second breach of the same rule is a suspension, and a third is usually the end. A suspension pauses new listings, bids and withdrawals but lets you finish the orders you already have, so the buyers waiting on you are not stranded by it.

If you think a decision is wrong, reply to the email. Appeals are read by a person, and reinstatements happen.
