How to report infringing content and how to counter-notify.

Reporting infringement
Send a notice to our designated agent including: identification of the work, the URL of the listing or profile complained of, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your signature.
We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a complete notice, and we tell the user what was removed and why.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice with the material's location, a statement under penalty of perjury to that effect, your contact details, and consent to jurisdiction.
We forward it to the complainant. If they do not file suit within the statutory period, we restore the material.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated valid notices against them are closed.
Publisher trademarks
Game names are used descriptively to say what a listing is for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any publisher, and listings may not use publisher logos or artwork.
Publishers with a concern about a specific listing can reach the same agent address and we will act on it directly.
